Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Criddle spent 14 years as Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield and three years as a Leasing Director for Rendina Companies, a national medical real estate developer. At Cushman & Wakefield, he partnered with Joe Freitas to grow their portfolio from approximately 1 million square to over 3 million square feet, representing strong institutional and private capital ownership groups throughout Palm Beach and Broward Counties.
Joe Freitas, Senior Vice President
Prior to joining CBRE, Joe was a member of the Cushman & Wakefield platform for over eight years. At Cushman & Wakefield Joe alongside his partner John Criddle grew their Office Agency portfolio from approximately 1,000,000 to over 3,000,000 square feet representing strong institutional and private capital ownership groups throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Over the past eight years, Joe has been involved in more than 3,000,000 square feet of office leasing and sales.
Max Pawk, Vice President
Prior to joining CBRE, Max initially spent five years with NAI representing tenants and landlords in Boston and the past three years in Palm Beach and Broward Counties. He also spent the first few years of his professional career working as Project Manager for Turnberry Associates in Aventura, Florida.
