Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Criddle spent 14 years as Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield and three years as a Leasing Director for Rendina Companies, a national medical real estate developer. Joe Freitas, Senior Vice President
Joe Freitas is a First Vice President for CBRE’s Agency Leasing team, specializing in owner representation for a portfolio consisting of more than 4,000,000 square feet of space between Palm Beach and Broward Counties. He is responsible for advising clients on property-specific programs to drive leasing activity, increase tenant retention, maximize rental rates, and stabilize operating income. Max Pawk, Vice President
Max Pawk, Senior Associate, is a member of CBRE’s office agency leasing team, working exclusively with John Criddle and Joe Freitas. He is responsible for representing both institutional and entrepreneurial investors in the ownership of office properties across Broward and Palm Beach counties.
