Common high pressure loop circulation and zoning for variable air volume (VAV) Distribution controlled by a direct digital control system (DDC). Heating is provided by terminal reheat on perimeter VAV boxes. An Auxiliary cooling system is available for tenant special requirements . i.e. Server Room etc. Chilled water lines are provided in the ceiling space for each floor for potential future additional cooling capacity through roof mounted dry coolers.
