ABOUT DOWNTOWN ATLANTA

Downtown Atlanta has long served as a primary office node and is beginning to emerge as a live/work/play environment in its own right. With numerous mixed-use redevelopment projects on the way, downtown Atlanta should become even more competitive in attracting companies looking to relocate or expand. Downtown boasts the strongest transit accessibility in metro Atlanta, and it is closer to the airport than any other major office node, two big advantages for firms looking at in-town office space. The area is adjacent to Georgia Tech, Georgia State University, and numerous Historically Black Colleges and Universities, giving office-users the ability to recruit from thousands of local college graduates every year.

Jeff Keppen, Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President for CBRE’s Atlanta Brokerage Group, Jeff Keppen oversees the marketing and leasing for a number of office projects located throughout the metro area including Piedmont Center 5-8, Wildwood Center, University Office Park, 201 17th Street, 271 17th Street, Royal Ridge, and Peachtree Center. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Keppen was a professional baseball player spending time with the Chicago Cubs, Texas Rangers and Los Angeles Dodgers organizations as well as stints out of the country including Korea, Mexico, and Canada.
Nicole Goldsmith, Senior Vice President
Nicole Goldsmith is a Senior Vice President of CBRE specializing in the marketing and leasing of office buildings for institutional owners. Nicole has established herself as a market expert known for her attention to detail and creative marketing strategies. She has a proven track record of strategically repositioning underperforming assets including Atlantic Station, Salesforce Tower and Bank of America Plaza.

Since joining CBRE in 2010, Nicole and her team have completed more than 11 million rentable square feet of office leasing consisting of more than 1,200 transactions. Nicole is currently responsible for the marketing and leasing of several million square feet of office buildings in the Atlanta area including One Phipps Plaza, 201 17th Street, and The Collective at Concourse.

A Georgia native, Ms. Goldsmith is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Georgia and member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. She resides in Buckhead with her husband and two young daughters.
