Charlie began his career in the real estate industry while attending Southern Methodist University in Dallas, interning as a Market Analyst for Peloton Commercial Real Estate and JLL. Before joining CBRE, he worked as an Associate Advisor with Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, assisting private capital investors throughout the state.
