As a member of the Mid-Atlantic Industrial Practice Group and of the JLL Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions team, Chris's primary responsibility is consulting with his clients to formulate and implement real estate strategies in support of their operational objectives. He provides advisory and transactional support to assist owners, occupiers and investors through his core services of Tenant representation, Agency leasing and investment solutions. His comprehensive range of services includes acquisitions and dispositions, repositioning assets, contract negotiation, financial analysis, site selection, property marketing and business development. As a native of Central Virginia, he uses his intimate market knowledge and analysis of economic trends to ensure his clients attain the most advantageous results in any real estate transaction.
