Chris has more than twenty years of commerical real estate experience. Chris specializes in office agency leasing and is responsible for implementing and executing leasing and marketing strategies of those assets. Prior to joining Stream Realty, Chris was with Cushman & Wakefield and was involved in over 800 lease and sale transactions totaling more than 4 million square feet. Chris''s advisory work includes strong research and analytical skills that have been instrumental in helping to meet and exceed the client's real estate objectives.
