He has helped lead Lee & Associates – Los Angeles West Inc. in facilitating over $1 billion in fee simple and partial interest sales, recapitalizations, and joint venture transactions. With a focus on Beverly Hills, West Los Angeles, and other key infill submarkets, Conor specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial assets for a diverse client base that includes institutions, private equity firms, REITs, developers, family offices, and high-net-worth investors—both domestic and offshore.
