Giovanni Scardino is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield's Dallas-Fort Worth Industrial team, where he advises owners, investors, and occupiers on tenant representation, project leasing, and acquisition and disposition strategies throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
Known for his relationship-driven approach, Giovanni combines market knowledge, financial analysis, and disciplined execution to help clients navigate complex real estate decisions with confidence. He is committed to understanding each client's objectives and delivering practical, value-driven solutions tailored to their long-term goals.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Giovanni spent three years with Stream Realty Partners' Industrial Division and four and a half years with Weitzman, where he built a strong foundation in landlord representation, tenant representation, investment sales, market analysis, and client advisory.
Throughout his career, Giovanni has completed more than 150 industrial transactions totaling over $120 million in value. His experience spans landlord representation, tenant representation, and investment sales, with particular expertise in the South Stemmons submarket and surrounding industrial markets.

Giovanni graduated from North Park University in Chicago, Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas.
