Bio
Jeff Lizzo, Managing Director at STREAM Capital Partners brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience in all facets of real estate, including valuation, transaction management, and corporate finance. Jeff specializes in single-tenant / net lease commercial property sales and advises his clients on various structured real estate decisions. Prior to joining STREAM, Jeff was with JLL’s Corporate Finance and Net Lease team in Chicago taking part in more than $4 billion in transactions since the start of his successful tenure. Additionally, Jeff has a strong background in market and property valuations and has a long history of working with major lenders and auditors for all property types.
Jeff received his B.S. from the University of Kentucky in Lexington and is a current member of Young Real Estate Professionals (YREP) Chicago, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is a licensed real estate broker.
