A four-time Everest Club inductee since 2021 (top 25 in the country) and 2021 #1 Investment Advisor in Ontario and consistently top 3 , Jeremiah’s record includes the 2023 sale of Eastern Canada’s largest development land site by price. His team’s ability to turn unsolicited interest into full-value sell side outcomes is unmatched in the market. In 2025 and 2026, Jeremiah and his team have a higher concentration on Receiverships, Power of Sale and distressed properties, with a proven track record of recovering credit, including high profile receivership sales for the Vandyke, Stateview & TAS distressed portfolios for notable lenders Fiera, HomeTrust ,Cameron Stephens and Marshall Zehr.
Since 2016, Jeremiah has led middle-market investment transactions across Toronto Area, and downtown Hamilton, specializing in selling buildings and development land. With $2.17 billion sold and 221 transactions, Jeremiah focuses on helping property owners achieve their goals through a structured, transparent process. From apartment buildings, retail plazas and office buildings to urban development sites, he brings clarity, urgency, and focus to every deal while searching for value for every owner.
Jeremiah is an active member of the board of directors for the Kiwanis Boys and Girls Club of Toronto, as well as a committee member of the Hold'Em for Life since 2020 which directly supports cancer research at Mount Sinai Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital, SickKids Hospital, Ronald McDonald House and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
