Kevin Driver is a senior office leasing professional with over 15 years of experience representing institutional owners, developers, and private investors in the leasing and marketing of Class A and B office properties. He has completed more than 750 lease transactions totaling over 4.5 million square feet and $650 million in value. Recognized for developing high-impact leasing programs in competitive market conditions, Kevin combines strategic execution, market insight, and a relationship-driven approach to reposition assets, accelerate lease-up, and maximize value. As a trusted advisor to leading real estate investors, he plays a key role in asset stabilization and long-term value creation. In his role as Executive Vice President on Colliers’ Atlanta Office Agency team, Kevin helps lead growth initiatives and deliver tailored leasing strategies for office owners throughout the region.
