Over his 32 year career, Phillip Sample, Senior Vice President at CBRE’s headquarters in Los Angeles, has completed commercial real estate transactions surpassing more than $4.5B in sales, leasing transactions in excess of 4,000,000 square feet, and distressed note sales in excess of $5.3B. Starting his career in 1991 with the Grubb-Ellis Company, Phillip became a Senior Vice President and was later appointed Managing Director at the Julien J. Studley Company; following Studley he was Principal at Newmark Capital Group. From 2008-2010, Phillip headed the Financial Assets Services team for the Western Region at the Grubb-Ellis Company. In 2011, Phillip joined CBRE and started the CBRE Urban Group team.
