Thomas founded Carlson Group in 2015, specializing in adaptive re-use developments and full-service real estate solutions, from acquisition to disposition. As of 2026 he has helped broker over $60M in deals, owns ~$30M in commercial real estate, and manages a ~250,000 sqft portfolio consisting of commercial, office, industrial, and multifamily properties in Tulsa, OK.
Education
Thomas is a CCIM. He graduated from Babson College, the 1# entrepreneurial school in the world. Prior to that he attended Holland Hall, is an Eagle Scout from Troop 1, a Father of 2, and an avid sailor.
