Bill Sale became involved in commercial real estate in 1985, earning his CCIM and CPM designations, and quickly becoming one of the top brokers in North Louisiana for many years. After personally brokering over $100,000,000 in commercial sales and leases by 1998, Sale began to specialize in investment acquisition and asset management. Sale is currently an equity partner in over 3,000,000 square feet of commercial, industrial, and retail properties, managing over 150 active commercial leases.
