Carolinas Retail Partners was formed by Tony Hanna and Hance Jones in 2012. Specializing in tenant representation throughout the state, and landlord representation in the midlands, the company’s focus is on managing retail needs of owners, landlords, and tenants. Hanna and Jones have lived in the Carolinas collectively over 60 years and have over 30 years of experience in the retail field. As longstanding ICSC members, Hanna and Jones have represented a multitude of hoteliers, office/retail tenants, and developers.
