GAZ Realty Properties is a family business with a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets that include NNN national retail sites, office buildings, gas stations, and airport properties at all three leading New York metro airports. The company began by purchasing gas stations from oil companies as they divested their assets. In certain cases, the company retained the properties and operated them as gas stations while other properties were converted to NNN leased retail sites. In 2008 on the heels of the financial crisis, the company diversified into the commercial office market through the acquisition of the property at 55 Maple in Rockville Centre, NY. This first foray into the office market afforded the company with the experience to later acquire additional key nearby office assets known as 53 N Park and 265 Sunrise Highway positioning the company as one of the largest office landlords in the market.
