JGM Properties, Inc. is a small, family owned, commercial management company. It was founded in 1980 and is currently located in Bloomington, MN at 1224 West 96th Street. Our management company strives to provide the best in customer service and care for our tenants. Each building we manage has it’s own partnership in which we are the managing partner. This allows us to carefully budget and maintain each one. Jay is the President of JGM Properties Jim is our Accountant, Karen is our Office Manager, Stephanie is our Payables & Maintenance Manager, Randy is our Construction Manager, Desiree is our Tenant Relations & Billing Manager, and Eli is in charge of Leasing and Marketing.
