Jim King Realty first opened in 1958 in Holiday, FL. In 1972 our founder, Jim King and his wife Mildred moved back to his birth place Chiefland, FL and opened their first office here in the Tri-County area. In 1974 their son Doug and his family moved to Bell, FL and joined his parents to also work in real estate. Their son Don obtained his license and joined the family business in 1979. Through the years their grand kids have also worked in their offices and today, Doug is retired but his daughter Melanie and brother Don are the Brokers at Jim King Realty and they work alongside Doug’s younger daughter Amy. Amy manages our main office and handles all of our book work. Our agent, Brandi Hilliard, manages our Fanning Springs branch office
