It all began in 1972, when a young couple, Craig and Pat Lloyd, moved to Sioux Falls, S.D. to manage apartments for Craig’s uncle, Bob Lloyd. In time, Craig and Pat’s dream evolved into Lloyd Companies — a real estate company where people are the foundation. Instead of focusing on sales and size, the Lloyds extended their family values of quality, integrity, and relationships to their business.
