Realtec originated in 1983 as a real estate development company in Fort Collins, Colorado, and in 1989, transitioned from development activities to a full-service commercial real estate brokerage company. Joining Steve Stansfield in the Fort Collins Office today are Erik Broman, Jeff Doran and Ron Catterson. Realtec is a leader and has played a substantial role in the ever-changing Northern Colorado commercial real estate landscape. Today, Realtec has three offices comprised of sixteen brokers, administrative/marketing staff and decades of experience and knowledge of opportunities in Northern Colorado.
