The development is organized into three coordinated residential components: The Point on the Mersey — a waterfront-oriented district planned for 104 semi-detached units, positioned toward buyers seeking space, privacy, water views, and a coastal lifestyle. The Curve — a suburban-style district planned for 24 townhome units, targeting first-time buyers, downsizers, families, and investors. Birchwood Gardens — a planned affordable rental district consisting of nine buildings with eight apartments per building, for a total of 72 units. The rental component may benefit from significant government support toward eligible construction costs, depending on final affordability commitments and program approval. The property benefits from a large development footprint, natural surroundings, waterfront elements, local road access, and proximity to Liverpool’s schools, healthcare, recreation, retail, and community amenities. Planned municipal water and sewer servicing is expected to support the staged buildout of the project.
