Our fitness and personal training center, ELITE Personal Fitness is performing extremely well and recently expanded. In additional to the these retailers and restaurants, Township 5 is home to over 63,000 square feet of medical office open including Upstate Wellness Center of 25,000 square foot. There are currently 96 residential units open and fully leased and a 92 room Tru by Hilton hotel, filling a large void for a hotel in the western suburbs of Syracuse. Throughout the summer we have our Live@5 event every Wednesday offering live music and food and beverage options from our tenants. This has increased volumes and we have been told we turned Wednesdays in the summer into another “weekend” day.
