There are two buildings attached by a 15 Ft wide by 40 Ft. long enclosed covered concrete passage with overhead and sliding doors. Doors can be closed or open to allow access between buildings. The Southern Building features 31,000 SF of warehouse space with 800 SF of offices, a breakroom, rest rooms, and covered exterior break area. It includes a 12,000 SF production floor with numerous 3 phase and single phase electrical drops, T-8 lighting fixtures, and is heated with hot water heating. There are two cooler areas of 5,000 SF and 9, 600 SF with separate computer controlled cooling and humidification. The southern building features 5 loading docks with levelers, and 13 at grade overhead doors, 7 man doors with panic hardware and a large parking area with good exterior lighting. The Northern Building features two 4,400 SF cooled areas, each with Computer Controlled Cooling and Humidification. Clear ceiling height of 19 feet, 2 tail gate loading docks with levelers suitable for cross-docking, 3 at grade overhead doors and 4 Man doors with Panic Hardware. There are T-8 lighting fixtures and 1200 amp, 480 Volt, 3 phase electrical. There is a large parking area suitable for truck trailer combinations and good exterior lighting.
