AMR Commercial, LLC. ("AMR") was founded in 1994 in Bethesda, Maryland by John C. Alexander, William K. Montrose and Mark D. Rittenberg to provide commercial real estate services to tenants, owners, and investors in the Greater Washington D.C. Metropolitan area (Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Northern Virginia). The three principals at AMR have a combined total of over ninety years of commercial real estate experience and have witnessed firsthand numerous cycles over the past thirty (30) years. We are a mid-size firm in number but large with respect to the number of transactions we have completed.
