Launched in September 2019, the company consolidates properties acquired by Blackstone real estate funds across Europe's major urban markets. The portfolio consists of approximately 1,600 last-mile logistics properties totaling 14 million square meters across 10 countries, serving more than 9,000 customers from diverse industries. Operating markets include the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Finland, and Ireland. In February 2022, Blackstone executed a €21 billion recapitalization of Mileway, representing the largest private real estate transaction on record at that time. The company operates with local teams in each market, providing proximity-based logistics solutions in urban centers across Europe. Mileway's portfolio is predominantly multi-tenant, serving small and large businesses requiring last-mile delivery infrastructure. The UK, Germany, Netherlands, and France represent over 80% of the portfolio by property count and gross leasable area. Recent leasing activity includes agreements with B&Q, DHL Freight, Euromaster, Captech, Ahlsell, Profimaat, GDL, and automotive sector companies. Geographic concentration in Western Europe and the Nordics positions the portfolio to benefit from e-commerce growth and urban logistics demand.
