The property was Annexed into the Town of Denton via Plat on 12/21/2009 (H. J. Ruff Family Partnership Suppo and Wells County Commissioners Of Caroline County Plat Book FDM 14, p. 60); any future development will be served by Public Water and Sewer from the Town of Denton; future Storm Water Management shall be accommodated on site. Current zoning for the parcel is Town of Denton - RHC (Regional Highway Commercial); a current proposal to subdivide retains RHC for Lot 1 (3.003 AC) and proposes Re-zoning of the balance Lot 2 to MR (Mixed Residential); a second proposal re-zones the entire site to MR.
