There are two shared bathrooms and a breakroom that are professionally cleaned weekly. The space is $2,600 per month and includes: • utilities - gas, water, and electric usage • property tax fees • storm water fees • snow removal fees • no CAM charge The security deposit is $3,900, and we require a minimum of a one-year lease.
